Outline of Research at the Start	全アミノ酸配列がD-アミノ酸から構成される鏡像型タンパク質は、生体内でのペプチダーゼによる分解を受けにくいことから、持続的な作用が期待できるバイオ医薬品となり得る。本研究では、従前の研究において確立した複数のタンパク質の化学合成技術を、酵素などの機能性タンパク質に展開し、機能性タンパク質の鏡像型タンパク質（鏡像型機能性タンパク質）を医薬シーズや機能解析ツールとして活用するための基盤技術を開発する。
