| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は株主提案という株主と企業の対話に会計情報が貢献しているのか、また、株主提案に会計情報を用いることで両者の対話を観察した他の株主の議決権行使は変化するのかを明らかにすることである。株主が提案内容や提案理由の妥当性を示すために会計情報を用いた場合、企業も反論材料として会計情報を利用するのか？また、会計情報を用いることで議案の説得力が増し、結果的に賛成率は高まるのか？これらの研究課題に取り組むことで、企業と株主の対話において会計情報は貢献しているのかという学術的問いに示唆を提供する。
