Outline of Research at the Start	砂礫混合土の安全で経済的な設計には，土全体の性質が変化する境界礫含有率を正確に把握する必要がある．しかし砂礫混合土は，高品質試料のサンプリングや三軸圧縮試験(要素試験)が困難であり，実務では要素実験から境界礫含有率を把握することが難しい．その対策として，比較的簡易に取得できる平均粒径や間隙比をパラメーターとして，境界礫含有率を理論的に推定する微視的モデルの開発に取り組んでいる．ここは，実地盤に近い強度である極限支持力を指標とした境界礫含有率を確認できるかを明らかにし，微視的モデルの改良に繋がる知見を得るため，砂礫混合土に対する支持力模型実験と画像解析(PIV)，個別要素法(DEM)を実施する．
