Outline of Research at the Start	The specific value of the mechanical force during the conformational transformation of the helical main-chain has not been known. We will develop macromolecular mechanophores to identify mechanical force response by atomic force microscopy-based single-molecule force spectroscopy (AFM- based SMFS).
