Keywordsplant stress memory / phosphatidyl alcohols / DNA methylome / chemical priming
Outline of Research at the Start

This research aims to study the mechanism of plant stress memory induced by phosphatidyl alcohol treatments, using chemical priming and DNA methylome profiling approaches. The mechanistic insights will be investigated for both the monocot model plant rice and the dicot model plant thale cress.
