Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、ショウジョウバエ腸管で発見された新規細胞死「エレボーシス」の分子機構を明らかにし、エレボーシスが腸上皮ターンオーバーにどのように関与するのかを明らかにすることである。エレボーシスの誘導機構と、エレボーシスが腸上皮のターンオーバーに対しどのように影響するかを明らかにすることにより、上皮恒常性維持機構について新たな概念を与え、その解明に寄与することが期待される。
