Outline of Research at the Start	軟骨保護作用が高い①術式（固定法）, ②後療法, ③術前待機期間を明らかにする。 ①大腿骨/脛骨の固定方法を変えてACL 再建を行う。 ②HSS で開発した膝装具を用いる。 ③非侵襲性のACL 損傷モデルを作成し、損傷直後/損傷後2 週/損傷後4 週、時点で各々ACL 再建術を行い、術後4 週、8 週時点でサクリファイスして状態を評価する。主評価項目は組織学（Tendon-bone interface healing score、OARSI score、synovitis score）として、軟骨の状態を評価する。
