Outline of Research at the Start

By the use of huMSC-derived humanized bone organ model, we investigate the behavior of huHSCs shortly after transplantation. We will study how the transplanted huHSCs actively "talk" with the CD4 T cells in BM niche to reshape the microenvironment to support the their own expansion.
