がん由来エクソソームは、腫瘍微小環境に働きかけ、がんの増殖・進展・転移を促す。本研究では、エクソソーム分泌に関わるERKシグナル伝達経路の全容を解明し、その内因性抑制因子SPRED2によるエクソソーム放出と腫瘍免疫調整機構の解明に挑戦する。
