Outline of Research at the Start	本研究はこれまでの当科におけるMaternal microchimerism に伴うGvHD論に基づいたBAの研究を礎とし、世界的にも未だ報告のない母児間の肝GvHD モデルマウスを新規開発し、BAの発症メカニズムを免疫学的に評価し、免疫と寛容のバランスを検索することでBAに生じるGvHD の病態を解明する。本研究の目的は、BAに生じるGvHDの制御による自己肝生存率の向上およびBAの発症論に基づく治療薬の開発である。
