Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、緑内障の病態における酸化ストレスの影響を評価するための新しい手法を開発する。SOMAScan技術を活用して、緑内障患者の血液から得られるタンパク質データを解析し、酸化ストレス応答に関連する変動パターンを特定する。これにより、酸化ストレスが影響する緑内障の層別化モデルを構築し、酸化ストレスの役割を明確にすることで、予防法や治療法の新たな方向性を示すことを目指す。
