Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、低分化漿液性卵巣癌(Low-grade serous ovarian carcinoma; LGSOC) 患者の臨 床検体に対し、空間的トランスクリプトミクス解析を用いることで、LGSOC の発癌機序における上皮及び間質領域の網羅的解析を行い、各領域及びその領域における細胞間コニュニケーションの分子学的背景を解明し、LGSOC における新規の早期診断及び新規治療標的の対象を探索する。
