Outline of Research at the Start

骨粗鬆症治療薬:テリパラチドは、骨粗鬆症患者のうつ様行動を改善させ、低下した活動量を回復させることが報告されている。本研究では、テリパラチドの脳における抗神経炎症作用および神経保護作用に着目し、その行動改善作用を解明する。
具体的には、AI（人工知能）による形態認識および解析システムと、GIS（地理情報システム）の双方の利点を応用した機能的空間マッピング法を用いて、脳組織切片全体のグリア細胞に着目した網羅的解析を行い、テリパラチドの脳に対する抗神経炎症作用を解明する。
