Outline of Research at the Start	糖原病 1b 型は、糖代謝の異常による低血糖を主症状とする遺伝疾患である。また本疾患は、歯周病を随伴する症候群として知られている。本疾患の責任遺伝子は SLC37A4 であることが報告されているが、本疾患の患者が歯周病を随伴するメカニズムは不明である。そこで本研究では、SLC37A4 遺伝子の異常が、歯肉上皮組織のバリア機能に及ぼす影響を調べる。
