Outline of Research at the Start

慢性疾患患者の増加とそれに伴う影響は世界各国で広がっており、慢性疾患の予防と慢性疾患患者のセルフケアは保健医療、公衆衛生分野の課題である。そこで、本研究では慢性疾患患者のセルフケアに関して、有効な行動変容メカニズムを明らかにし、介入すべき影響要因を特定する。具体的にはまず、慢性疾患患者のセルフケアの特徴を明らかにする。次に、慢性疾患患者向け教育プログラムを開発し、その実施可能性と有効性を検証することを目的とする。これにより、慢性疾患患者のセルフケアを向上し、健康行動促進する介入プログラム、看護政策への応用など、幅広い効果も期待される。
