Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、集中治療室における人工呼吸ケアの継続教育の実態と課題を明らかにし、体系化された人工呼吸ケアのOJTモデルを開発することである。第1段階で、クリティカルケアのスペシャリストが行う人工呼吸ケアの継続教育の実態とその課題を明らかにする。第2段階で、第1段階で明らかとなった結果、人工呼吸ケアに必要とされる指針と診療アプローチ及びOJT指導者のコンピテンシーを包含した人工呼吸ケアのOJTモデルを作成し、内容妥当性の検証を行う。第3段階で、臨床看護師に対しOJTモデルを実施し、外的妥当性の検証を行い、最終的に効果検証された人工呼吸ケアのOJTモデルを完成させる。
