| Outline of Research at the Start |
近年の競技スポーツでは，指導者と選手の過度な主従関係による暴力・ハラスメント行為が問題視され，多くの各競技団体では研修が実施されている．しかし，従来の研修やeラーニング教材では知識伝達が主な目的となっており，指導者の不適切な指導に対する当事者意識を促すことは難しいと言える．本研究は，学習者の「リスクの自覚」に対して有効である安全人間工学のヒューマンエラー理論を参考に，不適切な指導への当事者意識を促す教材を開発し，その教育効果を明らかにすることを目的とする．さらに，本教材を用いて複数名で同時に受講し，議論することを前提とした集団型eラーニング教材を開発する．
