Outline of Research at the Start |
In summary, we are developing a microfluidic system that integrates multimodal sensing and inference capabilities into microfluidic sorters, enabling complex sorting decisions to take place that go beyond simple measurements of individual physical variables. Using this new technology, we are tackling questions in the study of biophysics and bioengineering. Specifically, we are currently interested in studying the heterogeneous behavior of microbial systems.
