| Outline of Research at the Start |
植物ホルモン信号伝達において活性カルボニル種（RCS）が信号伝達因子として機能していることを受入研究者らが明らかにしてきている。しかし、活性カルボニル種の受容体は、いくつかの候補が提案されているが、明らかになっていない。そこで、本申請研究では、受入研究者の研究室で構築できている測定技術を用いて、下流の細胞内カルシウム動態やイオンチャネルの活性化や不活性化の調査を行い、その受容体を同定することを目的とした。これまでの研究結果を基にTGG1とTGG2をRCS受容体候補タンパク質として、研究を進める。
