2次元半導体は、原子数個で構築される層状物質群であり、光学材料・電子材料として注目を集めております。本提案は、2次元半導体を用いたレーザーに関する研究です。従来、結晶を緻密に成長させることでレーザーは作製されてきました。本提案は、原子数個で構成される、透明で柔らかいレーザー構築を目指しており、概念の異なる光デバイスを提案するものです。分子化学的な処理が施された2次元半導体は、高い発光特性有するため、その利用によるレーザー発振への取り組みを模索します。
