Outline of Research at the Start

In this study, we aim to solve the cryo-EM structure of the DinG-HNH-Cascade-target dsDNA complex to understand its unique DNA cleavage mechanism. Furthermore, we will engineer the CRISPR complex to develop new genome engineering tools.
