Outline of Research at the Start |
Year 1: Develop Cas9/sgRNA-loaded nanocarriers (pH- and enzyme-sensitive). Characterize morphology and stimuli-responsiveness. Test gene-editing efficiency in vitro. Year 2: Conduct in vivo studies on tumor-specific editing and off-target effects. Year 3: Validate in vivo efficacy against KRAS, and prepare patent and publications.
