Outline of Research at the Start |
This project has two objectives: (1) to define and study link-homotopy for 3-manifolds, starting with homology cobordisms, using a Milnor-Johnson framework and Johnson homomorphisms as potential invariants, and (2) to revisit the Goussarov-Habiro conjecture in concordance, exploring higher-order Arf invariants via clasper theory and reformulating the conjecture in welded knot theory for new insights.
