今後の継続的な人口減少下で、日本における移民の受け入れは長年に渡り議論となっている。移民は、経済的には国家に参加しているものの、社会的・文化的には孤立しがちである。本研究では、日本におけるバングラデシュ移民を対象とし、地域コミュニティ、および国境を超えた母国とのネットワークが移民の社会的・経済的統合にどのような影響を与えるかを明らかにし、適応と包摂を支援する政策についての知見を提供する。
