| Outline of Research at the Start |
To investigate the role of ecDNA in the evolution of therapeutic resistance in pediatric tumors, we will first, develop hypotheses by sequencing patient tumors before and after therapeutic intervention; and second, validate ecDNA evolution by sequencing tumor models under therapeutic pressure.
