| Outline of Research at the Start |
The aim of this study is to reconstitute enzyme complexes from the Krebs cycle in a near-native environment and to characterize them functionally and structurally using cryo-electron microscopy/tomography. The results are expected to provide mechanistic insights into this central pathway.
