| Outline of Research at the Start |
This study is comprised of two stages. Stage 1 focuses on a partial equilibrium analysis from household perspective. We will analyze the trade-offs between commute money/time costs and home location choice for households with a married couple. Meanwhile, there are various stakeholders, other than households, in the real society. Therefore, extending Stage 1, Stage 2 will conduct a general equilibrium analysis of interactions and welfare changes for households, developers, employers, and the government in the consideration of urban and transportation policies.
