Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、「ハーフ」「ダブル」「混血」等と呼ばれる多人種者 multi-racial people のアイデンティティ・経験のあり方が、本人が属す人種集団（アジア系かラテン系か白人系か黒人系か）、本人に関与する社会化エージェント（家族や互助集団）という2つの要因によっていかに規定されているのかを解明するものである。多人種者とその家族へのインタビュー調査、および多人種者とその家族の互助団体へのアーカイブ調査とインタビュー調査を通じて、多人種者のアイデンティティ形成や経験は人種集団によってどう異なるのか、多人種者のアイデンティティと経験に社会化エージェントがどう関与・影響するのかを明らかにする。
