Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は, 「非生合成模倣型の天然物骨格編集反応」を基盤とした新規多様性指向型合成戦略の提唱, 及びその有用性の実証を目的とする. 申請者が過去に構築法を確立しているClovane型骨格を基盤とし, 下記の2つの題目を実施する． 1. 新規セミピナコール転位/Beckmann 開裂連続反応を鍵として, triquinane骨格を有するsubergorgic acidの全合成を行う. 2. Grob 開裂, 新規 1,2-転位を鍵として, xeniaphyllane 骨格を有するnanolobatin Bの全合成を行う.
