本研究では、脳性麻痺への運動リハビリテーションが引き起こす脳内ネットワーク変化の探索を試みる。脳性麻痺の原因となる低酸素性虚血性脳症のモデルラットを作成、使用する。脳損傷後にリハビリテーションを模した運動トレーニングを行い、行動課題中の神経活動を複数の脳領域から記録することで、運動機能変化に関わる機能的ネットワーク変化を明らかにすることを目指す。同時に、運動技能の獲得や定着に関与する髄鞘にも着目し、運動機能向上に関わる神経ネットワークへの機能構造的な影響も検証する。加えて、脳性麻痺への運動リハビリテーション効果を促進し、背景にある脳内変化を誘導可能な治療介入戦略の提案を目指す。
