本研究では、化学、合成生物学、機械工学を駆使し、リン脂質-両親媒性タンパク質非対称膜小胞を作製する。そして、光工学技術と小胞内部での酵素反応を用いることで、効率的な脂質チューブの形成と生細胞への物質輸送を実現させる。
