Outline of Research at the Start |
For the first time, we studied the therapeutic effect and its mechanism of our recently developed thermally stable oligonucleotide-based mimetics of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF DNA Aptamer) to prevent PPA while optimizing its therapeutic efficacy and further developing it to a bioactive material.
