| Outline of Research at the Start |
The separated regioisomer of PC will be mixed with PN and sandwiched between two pieces of glass, followed by heating up for TASP. The mixture of the resulting PCs will be collected after washing by MeOH to remove unreacted PN and subjected to HPLC to check the isomer distribution.
