| Outline of Research at the Start |
In the elementary steps, DNA aptamers will be conjugated to zwitterionic polymers with various molecular sizes. The conjugates will be evaluated for their biological activities and in vivo behaviors.
Then, the chosen DNA aptamer-polymer candidate will be tested for its therapeutic efficacy.
