Outline of Research at the Start |
This research aims to establish an optogenetic system that achieves spatiotemporal control of the D1-D2 dopamine receptor interaction. A mathematical model will be proposed to analyze and simulate downstream signaling. Novel drugs and therapeutic strategies may be identified along with the results.
