Chat-GPTもNEWBINGも、GPTと呼ばれる大規模な言語モデルに基づく人工知能チャットボットで、ユーザーの入力に基づき自然で興味深い会話を生成できる。人工知能チャットボットの時代には、医療知識のない一般人が人工知能チャットボットに医療に関する情報を求めると考えている。しかし、人工知能チャットボットが医療・健康情報の真偽を正しく判別するかどうかや提供される医療コンサルテーションの信頼性は証明されておらず、本研究はこれらのギャップを埋めることを目的としている。
