本研究では、酵素触媒重合によりボトムアップ構築されるセルロース集合体の分子設計可能性ならびにタンパク質非吸着特性に着目したバイオ機能の創出を目指す。表面に反応性基をもつセルロース集合体をあらかじめ酵素合成し、抗原分子をセルロース集合体の表面に様々導入する。それら集合体を用いて抗原-抗体間相互作用を特異的かつ高感度に検出するためのシステムを構築し、標的抗体の結合特性の解明を目指す。
