| Outline of Research at the Start |
Treg cells are immunosuppressive and their abundance in the tumor sites associated with poor clinical outcomes of immunotherapy. To improve response rates to immunotherapy, we plan to develop a strategy to deplete tumor infiltrating Treg cells and elucidate the role of tissue resident Treg cells.
