統合失調症・自閉スペクトラム症をはじめとした種々の精神疾患患者において、視覚と聴覚など、複数の感覚を統合する際の様式が健常者と異なることが報告されており、状況の適切な判断などに支障をきたす可能性が示唆されている (Wallace et al.,Annu Rev Psychol. 2020)。しかし、その神経回路基盤については未だ明らかでない。そこで、本研究では精神疾患における知覚形成における神経回路基盤について、22q11.2欠失症候群モデルマウスなどの精神疾患モデルマウスを用いて、視覚・聴覚の知覚・認識の様態について検討する。
