ホウ素アート錯体の光分解性保護基としての利用は、光薬理学的手法における薬剤候補分子としての可能性を秘めている。本研究では、（１）ホウ素アート錯体の分子修飾による多機能化と（２）C-Hホウ素化反応の利用によるヘテロ原子官能基を必要としない網羅的なケージド化法の開発に取り組み、本ケージド化法の汎用性向上を目指す。
