本研究では筋再生及び微小環境形成に関与すると考えられる骨格筋衛星細胞から放出されたエクソソームに焦点を絞り、骨格筋衛星細胞に対する低酸素環境誘導性エクソソームが筋再生を促進させ骨格筋の老化の予防に有効であるかを検証する。将来的な再生医療における高齢者及び長期臥床患者向けのリハビリテーション手段の基盤を開発する。
