| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は，嘔吐恐怖症の認知行動モデルを消化器症状に対する非機能的認知（例：胃痛が生じたら，すぐに吐くと思う），嘔吐の恐れている結果に関する非機能的認知（例：嘔吐したら窒息すると思う）及びマインドフルネスに着目し，精緻化することである。嘔吐恐怖症と他不安症の臨床群等に調査を行い，2つの非機能的認知の疾患特異性，各要因の相互作用，マインドフルネスの緩衝効果を検討する。本研究は嘔吐恐怖症の認知行動モデルの発展，延いては治療の効果予測や効果向上に寄与することを意図している。
