自然リンパ球ILC3 分化に必須のマスター制御因子であるRORγt はヘルパーT 細胞 の一種 Th17 細胞や胸腺 CD4+CD8+細胞と重複することが知られるが、これまで細胞系列特異的な RORγt 発現制 御機構は明らかになっていない。我々は ILC3 と T 細胞系列における RORγt 発現制御を切り分け、ILC3 特異的 な RORγt 発現制御機構の解明を試みる。将来的には、標的細胞をより限局させた画期的な RORγt 阻害剤・増強 剤開発への発展が期待される。
