COVID-19 パンデミックによる打撃を受けたインバウンド観光業の“対災害復興策”の立案時に考慮すべきことは、観光業の広範囲に及ぶ影響を経済面、環境面、社会面 に分けて定量的に評価し、各方面へのバランスの取れた具体的な政策を導入することである。本研究は、都道府県間産業連関分析フレームワークを拡張することによって、コロナパンデミック禍におけるインバウンド観光需要の減少が日本に与えた影響 を、より広範囲(直接効果・間接効果・所得波及効果)かつ高解像度(訪日客の国籍別、47都道府別)で定量的に評価する。
