本研究は，最適化問題における多目的性および制約条件に対して汎用的に対処可能なヒューリスティック最適化手法を開発する。制約付き多目的最適化問題では，各制約の逸脱量を制約違反量として定量化し，これをアルゴリズムに活用することで，良質な実行可能解を探索する。すなわち，制約違反量をどのように定義・活用するかに応じてアルゴリズムの探索性能は変化するが，その方法論は十分に検討されていない。そこで，制約違反量の「定義」と「活用」の観点から効果的なアプローチを相補的に構築し，問題汎用性と探索性能の高いヒューリスティック解法の開発を目指す。
