Outline of Research at the Start

ポドサイトにおい内在性ERVの活性化により、ポドサイトの細胞質DNAフラグメントの蓄積、細胞質DNAセンサー分子の活性化を介し、自然免疫応答が惹起され、T細胞の活性化に伴い、慢性腎臓病が惹起されうるかを検討する。また、持続的なCD8T細胞の抗原刺激によりCD8T細胞の疲弊が起き、全身の老化につながる可能性を明らかにすることを目的とした。
