chisomicine 類は特異な三次元構造を有し、新規創薬スキャホールドとして期待できるが、これまでに合成研究の報告は皆無である。そこで共通の中間体より、立体化学制御と炭素炭素結合開裂を鍵反応として、chisomicine Aおよびchisomicine Bの効率的な全合成法の確立を目指す。本研究でchisomicine類の合成法が確立できれば、部分構造や非天然誘導体も含めて新規な創薬スキャホールドとして創薬化学研究に提供でき、新規生物活性の発見や高活性誘導体の創出が可能となる。
