Berestycki-Lions型の非線形項を伴う非線形シュレディンガー方程式の解の存在性について考察する。定数ポテンシャルの場合の研究は盛んに行われているが、変数ポテンシャルに対する研究結果は多く見受けられず、その上ポテンシャルの形状によって方程式の解を見つける手法が大きく異なる。よって本研究では特にポテンシャル項が空間変数に依存するときの方程式の解構造がポテンシャルにどのように依存するのかについて研究を行う。
