移民に対する暴力的な事件が多発し「ヘイトクライム」として大きな社会問題となる他 (e.g. Williams, 2023)、移民や地方への移住者への排斥も散見され、移民に対する差別的な攻撃は続いている。グローバル化の進む社会で増加する外集団から新たに内集団メンバーとなる「移民」の包摂は重要な課題である。本研究の目的は、なぜ移民に対して攻撃行動のメカニズムの解明にある。本研究では、調査研究で明らかになった反移民的態度の研究と、実験研究で明らかになった外集団メンバーへの攻撃研究の２つを統合し、移民に対する攻撃行動のメカニズムを検討する。
