Outline of Research at the Start

具体的な目標は「セネガルの半乾燥的農村地域メディナ・サバ地区への追加的電気エネルギー供給によって持続可能な農業の導入や女性のエンパワーメントを目指し、生業を支えること」と設定する。これに向け、日本側の技術的・社会科学的知見を現地に実装する際の条件や制約、外部からの介入による影響の多面的な評価の在り方等を、現地の専門的研究者とともに検討し、現地の関係者との人脈を活かして現地への聞き取りや現地調査を行った上で、実際に導入を試みる。
